Returning is easy
Whether you are swapping products or canceling, returns are always free. We'll provide you a prepaid label, and in most areas, we'll schedule a free at-home pickup of your items.

I got the supernote but it started bugging out a week into using it. Flowic swapped it out for me and it took a few days to ship the second time. Overall solid service and pretty affordable. I wish there was a bigger catalog of products to choose from
