Whim strictly enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, theft, or non-payment. Retaining or selling Whim-owned equipment, submitting false loss or damage claims, tampering with devices, using stolen identities or payment methods, or failing to pay subscription fees all constitute material breaches of the Subscription Agreement. Violations may trigger immediate suspension, accelerated charges up to the full replacement value, and civil or criminal action. By renting from Whim, you agree to cooperate with any investigation and remain liable for all costs arising from misconduct.
